A Different Perspective…
March 5th, 2010
The G11 is really an amazing camera, it’s abilities to capture details is unlike a typical digital camera. After playing with it for a few days, from taking lots of accessories pictures to random pictures while I walked around Chinatown and many pictures of my 3 dogs, I’ve learnt to see things from a different perspective.
I guess I’ve never appreciate details more than now, using the macro function to take closeup of the flowers and leaves in my garden, looking at water droplets and even wood grains etc. Ah, the beauty of nature that God has created!

Honey, my dearest Cocker Spaniel, just out from her bath!
With this amazing new toy in hand, I fully utilized it by taking almost 500 pictures in less than a week! The results? Check out the entire Accessories section in mylittlebow to see all the new amazing photos! It’s seriously no joke trying to take these pretty little things in our ever-so-humid Singapore, in what I call the recent “microwave oven” weather! I wished I can take the pictures in a air conditioned room, but bright sunlight is what I need! Argh! Nevertheless, the heat and sweat paid off! I know i’m not that great a photographer (can always be better right?), but I think I took some pretty decent photos… What do you think?
Now back to making more accessories and taking more pics while I wait for my new stock of clothes to arrive!
