Though this does not always happen, we have experienced a 5% missing mail rate. Our terms and conditions also states that “mylittlebow will not be responsible for any lost mail…”, so what’s the safer option?

We’ve laid out 3 options for you below (please note that the price is ON TOP of the normal mail price that is automatically calculated upon check out).

1. Registered Mail – by Singapore Post, comes with Tracking number

2. Smartpac – by Singapore Post, read more about it here

3. Private Courier – by a courier company who can deliver your goods in the evenings or weekends if needed (within 3 days), but possible to have it same night for very urgent orders

All these are safer options and they have a 0% missing rate, so why not pay a little more to ensure your goods being delivered FOR SURE? I would. :)
