Apart from working hard and trying to bring MLB to a brand new level, I have a life too!

Though I feel the need to first correct the common misconception that having a blogshop/online store. That is, when you tell people that you don’t exactly “work”, but that you run an online store, they immediately raise their eyebrow and give comments like wow, followed by.. “so… very free now la!”. Tsk tsk tsk. Yes, people usually think of it as a simple thing, or super senang job, e.g. nothing much to do, can go shopping everyday…

In reality… It’s not okay!  It’s super hard work and it requires lots of discipline, not only to do the work that needs to be done, but also to know how to stop working at appropriate times (yes i’m guilty of replying emails even after working hours, from 7pm till midnight)!

Having been doing this for a year full time now, I’m still only just learning to cope and manage my time a little more efficiently. So that’s a JIAYOU for me.

Attended a beautiful wedding on Saturday… Congrats to Joel and Ellen!

I always thought my iPhone photo taking skill was quite good, but I mostly ended up with back shots or tiny pics of the bride and groom while the lady seating in front of me got fabulous photos with the same iPhone!!! I was half tempted to ask her to send me some of those she took. Unfortch, I was too paiseh and I didn’t know her. Hehe.

This must be the best photo I took! The Obstacles (aka Sabo), where the groom had to shout I LOVE YOU in different languages and kiss the Bride for 30 secs!

Wore a LUXE dress with cute Kimono-ish prints all over the dress… Coming soon on MLB!

As you can tell from my previous blog posts… I don’t usually have makeup on (other than during photoshoots or weddings or impt occasions), it was indeed a rare day for me to have makeup on after quite a while! Here’s some self-taking pics of me which started the moment Tim stepped out of the car to help post letters.

Suddenly it seemed like a self indulgent post. haha!

I like to pout quite a bit, but i think smiles suit me better.
