Order, Payment and Shipping

All items on mylittlebow are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD).

Order

Please submit your orders via the “ADD TO CART” button and follow through with the shopping process.

If you would like to make any changes to your order/information provided, please email mylittlebow at orders@mylittlebow.com
(within 24hours) with your order number and the changes you would like to make.

Payment

Please make your payments within 48 hours to ensure faster shipping process.

For Singaporean buyers, mylittlebow accepts bank transfer to POSB (preferable) or UOB (please request) account.
When payment is done, please email orders@mylittlebow.com with your order number and transaction reference.

For overseas buyers, PayPal is accepted. Upon receiving your order (use Bank Transfer by default), please email orders@mylittlebow.com with your paypal email address and I will send you an invoice with the total amount for payment.

Shipping

All accessories will be bubble-wrapped at NO COST to protect it from damage during the shipping process.

For Singaporean buyers, items will be shipped to you by NORMAL MAIL at a flat rate of $1.50 (regardless of number of items purchased). However, it is strongly advised that you request for REGISTERED MAIL (+$2.30) as we are not responsible for lost mail. For all REGISTERED MAIL, tracking number will be provided upon sending the item out for your tracking purposes.

For overseas buyers, please DO NOT make payment until you have verified the total shipping amount with me (flat shipping rate of $1.50 is not applicable for overseas purchase). Items will be shipped via Singapore Post INTERNATIONAL REGISTERED MAIL unless requested otherwise.

Again, mylittlebow will not responsible for any lost mail, however, we will assist you to the fullest we can in such situation.

Meet-ups are possible for large orders, however, a 50% deposit is required prior to the meet-up. Meet-ups will be conducted only at my convenience. If time/place does not suit you, please opt for REGISTERED MAIL instead. If you do not show up at the agreed time/place, the deposit will be forfeited.
